In this case, only thermal silicone sheet can be used. Thermal silicone sheet can be cut into different shapes and sizes at will, and the protective film can be removed and directly applied, with small tolerance and clean.

4. Thickness: Thermal grease cannot fill gaps, while the thickness of thermal silicone sheet ranges from 0.3mm to 10mm, which can fill gaps, so thermal silicone sheet is relatively widely used.

5. Thermal conductivity effect: Thermal grease has better thermal conductivity than thermal silicone sheet under the same thermal conductivity coefficient, because thermal grease has a smaller thermal resistance

6. Convenience of disassembly and assembly: Thermal silicone sheet is easy to reinstall, while thermal grease is inconvenient to reapply after disassembly and assembly.
